It does come with the original manual that has aged to a parchment. The belt snapped when I was sewing but easily replaceable. All of the wood motifs are in perfect condition.The machine is gorgeous and still works.so quiet. The oak cabinet is in great shape especially considering the age. It was made in 1920 and she bought it that same year.
